Using ecological materials, the house is designed according the Minergie P Eco label principles: heating pump, solar panels integrated in the roof and solar tiles, mechanical double flow ventilation, rainwater recycling for the watering and lavatory, spruce wood structure, organic stain for a natural clear colour.
Nature is ubiquitous all around the house with flowerbeds and generous fruit trees.
Each element of this unique building has been carefully though after to respect the harmony, natural aesthetic and ecology of the space, in a sensible mix of beige concrete and wood. You will find here a homogeneous and sober, elegant and fine house.
